Terms of Service

_{The following rules and guidelines are specifically crafted to ensure quality communication and protection for both client and photographer. Please read through them thoroughly, and feel free to reach out with any questions before placing an order!}_{Buying a photography package from me confirms that you have read, and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in their entirety.}_{(I do NOT condone my photos to be used for the development or learning of AI softwares / technology)}

TIMEFRAME
^{All commissions will follow their timeline as posted in the rates section. Should an extension be needed, I'll try my best to communicate those needs ahead of time.}^{Life gets crazy, delays happen, but I try my best to ensure you receive the work you're paying for in a timely manner. Should any unforeseen delays pop up, I will communicate them as soon as possible.}-DIGITAL DELIVERABLES
^{All clients will receive their deliverables in .PNG format. I only provide the final, edited shots. No .RAW files will be received by the client.}-COPYRIGHT & LICENSING
^{Clients do not obtain copyright ownership to their photographs. By purchasing a photo package, these are the licensing rights you do and do not receive with your purchase:}^{✅ Personal (Banners, PFPs, Social Media Branding & Posts, etc.)}
^{❌ Commercial (Products / Services / Promotional material)}^{You may add commercial rights onto your package. Depending on the use, rights may come with an additional fee.}-PAYMENT
^{- All payments will be taken ONLY via PayPal invoicing.}
^{- An invoice will be sent once all details are discussed, and agreeed upon.}
^{- A downpayment of $20 to hold your slot will be charged. This reservation fee will be subtracted from your total for your final invoice.}
^{- Invoices should be paid within 24 hours of being received. If your funds will be available a little later, let me know and I'd be glad to work something out with you.}-REFUNDS
^{- Full refunds are given at my discretion, only when due to sickness or weather.
- A 50% partial refund will be given if a shoot has already been done.
- No refunds will be given after the photo editing phase has begun.
- The $20 slot reservations are non-refundable}-ADVERTISING
^{I reserve the right to post all purchased photo packages on my medias as an avenue for advertising. Should you want to delay those posts, let me know and we can work something out.}

_NOTE: _{Prior to every shoot, all clients will have a consultation provided to discuss details, personality, and desired aesthetic for their photo package.}_{Timeline for all deliverables is estimated to be within a month of the shoot date!}
